Vicky is a highly experienced Vascular Specialist Nurse who has spent the past decade specialising in vascular surgery. She is responsible for managing and planning care for patients with a wide range of vascular conditions, including deep and superficial venous disease, aneurysmal disease, and peripheral arterial disease.
Vicky has a strong interest in patient and multidisciplinary team education around vascular health. She recently completed an MSc in Clinical Nursing, further deepening her expertise in the field.
In addition to her clinical work, Vicky plays an active role in the wider vascular community. She serves on the Society of Vascular Nurses' council as Conference Organiser and co-leads the joint Society of Vascular Surgery and Society of Vascular Nurses’ Summer Symposium, now in its third year. She is also a co-author of a published chapter on varicose veins and chronic venous disease in All You Need to Know About Vascular Surgery.
