
Katy is an experienced District Nurse with over 10 years of working in community care. She has a strong interest in leg ulcer management and completed a Leg Ulcer Management course at Glasgow Caledonian University in 2022, with a focus on improving outcomes for patients living with chronic venous disease.
She has acted as a leg ulcer link nurse within her local area and is passionate about education, having developed and delivered training sessions on venous disease management for fellow nurses.
Katy is also an active member of the Legs Matter Coalition and the Society of Vascular Nurses.
Prior to her career in healthcare, Katy worked in international business and project management in London, bringing a broad skillset and a collaborative approach to her clinical practice. She is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care and supporting patients throughout their treatment journey.
