Born and raised in the USA, Mark started his career working in open-heart surgery in field of perfusion science.
He moved to the UK in 1998 and studied to become an accredited Clinical Vascular Scientist. Mark holds a MSc in Vascular Ultrasound from the University of London. He has over 24 years of experience performing venous ultrasound examinations. Mark currently is the head of the Vascular Ultrasound department at the prestigious St George Vascular Institute in London and has interest for echo guided interventional procedures including endovenous treatment of varicose veins.
