We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Marketing Executive to join our team, someone who’s eager to jump in, bring ideas to the table, and help drive impactful campaigns from concept to execution.

The ideal candidate will have experience across key marketing disciplines, particularly PR, campaign ideation, and design. You’ll be confident taking ownership of projects and seeing them through, while working closely with and supported by our Marketing Manager. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is excited to grow with the business.

Key responsabilities

Public Relations (PR)
  • Support the development and implementation of PR campaigns, monitoring news and responding to relevant topics in a timely, brand-aligned way
  • Experience with, or ability to upskill use of PR tools for social listening, media monitoring, and journalist outreach
  • Collect and analyse PR performance data to inform future campaigns
Website management
  • Monitor and update websites for both brands to ensure accuracy, consistency and optimisation for SEO and user experience
  • Analyse website performance metrics and user performance to ensure continuous improvement
  • Working with the marketing manager and wider team, develop a content plan for blogs and articles that aligns with campaigns, activities and key themes/patient knowledge gaps
  • Incorporating SEO practices, revise and develop blog content to be uploaded to the UK Vein Clinic website
Campaign management
  • In collaboration with the team, design a content schedule for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn that aligns with key events and priorities
  • Create and schedule all social media posts across channels, ensuring we uphold brand consistency, with strong attention to detail
  • Assist in segmenting patient communications and building targeted mailing campaigns
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages across channels
  • Assist in developing and updating marketing collateral, branded materials, assets and brochures
Patient communications
  • Support with the management and development of patient communications, including CRM emails, SMS’, Mailchimp, and telephone IVRs
Reporting and analytics
  • Take ownership of keeping track of metrics across platforms on a monthly basis, reporting progress and challenges

Required qualifications and skills

  • At least 2 years’ of experience working in a marketing or communications team
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects with strong communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with a solution-focused mindset
  • Energetic and collaborative attitude with a strong ability to work effectively in a team

  • Are comfortable with taking ownership of campaigns and projects, sharing updates and pushing projects through independently
  • Have experience in systems/platforms such as GA4, Webflow, Mailchimp, Cission and Canva
